    HOW TO MAKE ORDERS FROM US?

    Q1.What is a refurbished phone?

    A refurbished phone is a second-hand phone that has been tested and reconditioned for sale as a high-quality used phone. They are NOT broken phones that have been repaired. Our used phones undergo a thorough testing and reconditioning program which includes the following checks:

    Power-on Test ; LCD Screen Test ; Sim Locks removed; Reception Test; Factory reset; counters reset; security code reset;  Ringing Test;

    Microphone Test ; Earpiece Test ; Keypad Test ; Charging Test ; Vibrating Test ; Housing Intact

    We guarantee that our phones are free from faults, in the rare case that a phone develops a fault, within 60 days you are entitled to a refund or replacement (in accordance with you statutory rights). Please note that our guarantee only covers manufactures faults and doesn’t cover the handset if it has been dropped, come into contact with liquid or otherwise mistreated.

     

    Q2. What happens if my phone stops working?

    In the unlikely event that your handset develops a fault within 60 days of sale you are entitled to a refund or exchange for the purchase price of the handset, as long as the handset has not been mistreated.

    If your handset fails after the 60 day period then we can give a very reasonable quote for the cost of the repair. Please contact us for more information.

     

    Q3. I don’t see the phone I want on your website, can you get it?

    Yes, we can get hold of most handsets, new or refurbished. Please contact us for a quote.

     

    Q4. How could I get your price list?

    We will provide the full price list (rates chart) to the interested and potential customers. Please tell us your preferred models, quantity with your detailed company/personal contact information. We will email/fax you the full price quotation, and the estimated shipping and handling fees.

     

    Q5. How could I get a sample?

    We offer samples for quality test or any other business purpose. But we have to receive your payment for samples and their express delivery charge and then send samples to you.

     

    Q6. What is included with the phone?

    We can offer handset only, also can offer fullset go with box,manual book, battery, charger, headset etc.

     

    Q7. Where do you deliver to?

    At present we can deliver the goods to any country in the world.

     

    Q8. What kind of shipment will you use?

    We ship the goods by your appointed forwarder such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT and all available airlines.

     

    Q9. What about your technical support?

    Our technical teams are dedicated to solve your problems of a technical nature with regards to design artwork, installation, software, usage etc.

     

    Q10. What terms of payment do you use?

    We accept T/T or West Union payment in advance. You can choose your preferred payment method to transfer your order payment to our authorized bank account. After arranging payment, please kindly fax or email us your bank transfer receipt or Western Union payment receipt. Please write your proforma invoice order number on your payment receipt. This will help us proceed your order more effectively.
